At Canada Goose Generations, we are committed to extending the lifecycle of our products; if your pre-loved purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be in the same condition as received with all Generations tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring the Generations authentication tags remain intact and the package is securely sealed.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method once our team verifies the item's condition.
